ProPlayLive is very sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet. We believe it is important that you understand how we treat the information you provide us. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the information you provide is never shared with anyone other than ProPlay staff.
How We Gather Information
When you join as a member of ProPlayLive, you provide us with your personal information. Our system saves your information and ties it to your email addresses, userid and password. In order to access our Member area including our entire Poker Training Video Library you simply enter your userid and password. When you purchase a subscription from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our join form. You must provide contact information (such as name and email address) and financial information (such as billing address, credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to process payment. If we have trouble processing a payment, we will use the information to contact you.
When you register for our free email newsletter, you always have the opportunity to opt out to stop receiving further emails.
ProPlay may occasionally request your participation in surveys or contests on our site. If you participate, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these contests or surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to participate.
Log Files
As is the case of most Websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, operating system, browser type, referring/exit pages, date/time stamp, and other data. We use this information to to administer the site, to track how visitors interact with our site and analyze trends. We use our Web server and Google Analytics to obtain this data. We also use this information to identify and prevent Members from sharing their login with others.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer. We do use cookies on our site. We may use both persistent cookies and session ID cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browsers help file.
If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site, might be limited and you may need to reenter personal for certain functions.

ProPlay safeguards the security of the data you provide us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. We recommend you use a secure Web browser and change your password periodially and when you do, use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.
The ProPlay Website uses SSL encryption on our Login and Join Web Pages. This protects the confidentiality of your personal data and credit card information when it is transmitted over the Internet.
ProPlayLive.com does not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Credit card numbers are submitted to a credit card authorization service. This service provides us with credit card validation information only. We do not have access to your personal financial data.
Access To Your Personal Information
You always have access to the information we have about you. To review and update your personal contact information, simply log in with your userid and password. Our Member area provides you with a link to your Account Information.We encourage you to review your information often to keep your contact information and most importantly your email address current. You may also contact us directly to have certain information changed or removed.
Newsletters And Promotional Email
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and promotional communications from ProPlay, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication.
Information Obtained From Third Parties
ProPlay does not sell or trade your personal information.
